Domestic Shipping

Tianeptine Direct ships Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders must be placed and paid for by 3pm EST (12pm PT). Orders placed and/or paid for after 3pm EST or over the weekend will ship the next business day.

Tianeptine Direct ships USPS Mail with tracking and most orders are delivered in 3-5 days. Every order will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on usps.com. Once you receive your tracking number please allow at least 24 hours for it to update on usps.com. We do not ship on days USPS is closed. Click for a list of USPS holidays.

Tianeptine Direct sends an email receipt with every order. If you place your order and you do not receive an email receipt of your order within 24hrs, please contact us. This indicates the email address we have for your order is incorrect.

Tianeptine Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered to the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. If using autofill double check for errors. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. We cannot issue a refund or in any case cancel the order. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

Domestic US shipping rates:

  • Orders under $150 = $6.95 (3-6 business days)
  • Orders over $150 = Free Regular shipping (3-6 business days)
  • Orders over $300 = Free Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Upgrade to USPS Express (1-2 business days) Starting at $30

Domestic USPS Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery for orders over $800

International Shipping

We ship anywhere, USPS ships! USPS will hand your package to your destinations local courier.

Most products can now be shipped internationally. There are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please look into your country’s regulations before purchasing.

We offer two shipping options: USPS Priority International and USPS First Class. Priority is the only way to ensure full tracking. USPS First Class International is not always tracked.  Shipping times are estimates. Customs and weather may cause shipping delays. In most cases, tracking can be viewed on usps.com and your local courier’s tracking page.
